Customer called in about inconsistent internet connection. When arrived on-site, found 3 routers in total in a single simple LAN network. Cut 2 routers out and left the main Optimum router. Factory reset their mesh system and set it up into bridged m
Customer called in about inconsistent internet connection. When arrived on-site, found 3 routers in total in a single simple LAN network. Cut 2 routers out and left the main Optimum router. Factory reset their mesh system and set it up into bridged mode. Internet speeds and latency look great now that the network is cleaned up and optimized. Will install a better mesh system in the coming weeks.
