How Novaj Tech started

I'm Besnik Novaj, and I founded Novaj Tech in January 2021. Before that, I spent more than a decade in enterprise IT, looking after campus networks for 4,000+ users.

During COVID I looked closely at how local offices ran their computers, and it worried me. Whole offices were on the home version of Windows, protected only by the McAfee trial that came with the computer. Every password was some version of Pizza123. Usually I only heard from people after they'd been hacked.

So I built Novaj Tech to give local offices the same protection big companies have, at a price that makes sense for them. I still lead every job. On larger installs I bring in insured partners I've worked with for years.
