Everything goes on during onboarding, within the first 30 days, and training runs monthly after that. We respond during business hours, with emergencies handled first.

- ✓Identity protection, which watches for stolen or misused logins (Complete)
- ✓Email filtering that catches scam and fake emails before they reach inboxes (Complete)
- ✓Web filtering, which blocks dangerous websites (Complete)
- ✓Staff training with practice scam emails (Complete)
- ✓Cloud backup of email and files, with scheduled restore tests (Complete)
- ✓A shared password vault (Complete)
- ✓A short security checklist review each quarter, or on a schedule we agree on
