Older buildings and internet that comes and goes.
Up the Hudson line, properties spread out and service thins. A stone farmhouse can have two-foot walls and a studio a hundred feet away, with one cable provider and weak cell signal. We build the network around that.
Outbuildings
We connect the barn, studio or garage office with fiber or Cat6 cable, or with a wireless link between buildings where digging a trench makes no sense. It all shows up as one network.
One internet line, sometimes none
We add a cellular or satellite backup that takes over on its own when the cable goes down, so a storm doesn't cut off the business or the home office.
Old stone and thick timber
Thick stone and timber walls block Wi-Fi. We place access points where the walls allow, run cable to them wherever we can, and test every room before we leave.
Two kinds of work in the Hudson Valley.
Offices and practices in the river towns.
Offices in Tarrytown, Nyack, Ossining and up the river. We watch your systems remotely, handle security, backups and the help desk, and come out on scheduled on-site days. Support runs during business hours, and emergencies get escalated.
Whole-home Wi-Fi, by arrangement.
Houses in the Rivertowns, Rockland and northern Westchester. Mesh from $2,500, wired UniFi from $8,000. Links to a barn or studio are quoted with the house.
What we do here
We plan on-site days in the region, so small fixes don’t each need their own trip.
