Office IT build-outs and structured cabling, wired and working before day one.

For offices of 5 to 50 people that are moving or building out. We plan, cable and set up the network, Wi-Fi, phones and cameras, so everything works before the first desk is unpacked. You get one written price after a site visit.

After move-in, we can also run your IT day to day through Managed IT.

An example build-out. While the walls are open, network cable is pulled through the studs from the rack to each outlet. The drywall closes over it, wall plates go on with labels A-12, A-13 and A-14, and every jack is tested back to the patch panel before move-in.

From plan to live network, before move-in.

Planning & design

We go over the floor plan with you and mark every network jack and Wi-Fi unit before work starts.

Structured cabling

Cable is pulled while the walls are open, then every jack is labeled and tested.

Network & Wi-Fi

Access points, the small units on the ceiling that put out the Wi-Fi, placed to cover every room.

Phones & AV

Conference rooms, displays and phones set up and tested before you arrive.

Cameras & access

Security cameras and doors that open with a badge or phone, planned in from the start.

Move coordination

We work with your movers, landlord and contractor so everything works on move-in day.

If we need a site visit first, it’s credited to the project if you go ahead. You pay 50% to schedule and 50% on completion, or 70% to schedule when the job is mostly hardware. Electrical, permits, furniture and internet service are not included. How we price is on the pricing page and billing is on the plain-English terms.
