What we support
The same practice systems we support across NY, NJ and CT, for a small office in New York City. The broader page is medical and dental offices.
EHR and practice systems
eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, Tebra, NextGen, Dentrix, Eaglesoft and Open Dental.
Front desk and exam room workstations
Encrypted computers with two-step sign-in (MFA) and auto-lock, including shared front-desk and exam-room stations. Secure eFax and PIN-release printing, so patient papers do not sit in the tray.
Separate networks
Clinical systems, patient Wi-Fi and cameras on separate UniFi networks.
Phones
VoIP business phones with after-hours routing to the answering service. A call can ring the desk phone, the computer and the mobile.
EPCS tokens
Prescribing controlled substances online requires two-factor identity for providers. We set up and fix the tokens.
Backup and cameras
Restore-tested backups of computers and email, and cameras and door access for entrances and records rooms.
HIPAA safeguards and a signed BAA
We sign a business associate agreement before we touch systems that hold patient information. Encryption, two-step sign-in and access control are part of the setup.
We do not certify compliance. Your practice stays responsible under the law. Details are on the compliance page.
A new suite or a second location
If you are opening a suite, adding an exam room, or fitting out a second location, we handle the build-out: network, Wi-Fi, computers, phones and cameras, planned before the first day in the space.
The written-up example is in Paramus, New Jersey. The practice has one doctor, two staff and an outside billing team. Over about five weeks in May and June 2026 we set up the network, cameras, computers, phones and email with the safeguards HIPAA expects. That is the same setup we bring to a small practice in New York City.
Working in NYC buildings
Manhattan buildings want a certificate of insurance before we walk in. We plan the visit around freight elevator windows.
Certificates of insurance
Most buildings want a certificate of insurance before we walk in. On the Union Square job, the certificate and building approval took about a day. On the Paramus, NJ suite, the managing agent turned down the first certificate, and a revised one was issued the same day.
Freight elevator windows
We plan the visit around freight elevator windows and building approvals.
Floors closed to trades
On the Chelsea move, trades were kept off the floor until a few days before the movers. We planned the network over FaceTime, so install day was one visit.
