What you get
The system runs online, so there is no phone box in your closet to maintain. One number rings your desk phone, computer or mobile app, wherever you are. A recorded greeting and menu sends each caller to the right person or team, voicemail lands in your inbox as audio and text, and you decide where calls go after hours, on holidays and when every line is busy.
Moving the number you already use
We move your existing number to the new system. That usually takes a few weeks, depending on the phone companies, and we say so before we start. A new system is usually live within a week of the phones arriving.
Setup is one price, quoted in writing after a short call. The phone provider bills the monthly service at their own price. Phones are quoted with the project. Changes after the switch are billed hourly unless the office has a managed plan.
Which phone system
We set up every system ourselves, new or one you already have. RingCentral is the system we recommend to clients. Quo is what we use for our own line. We do not sell either as a partner, reseller or certified dealer.
Looking after the phones with the rest of the IT
After the switch, ongoing care can be added to Managed IT. For managed clients, monitoring is 24/7. Support is Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, and emergencies are escalated. We set up desk phones for a medical office in Paramus, NJ, alongside the network, cameras, computers and email, over about five weeks in May and June 2026. If the office is moving, see office moves.
